    Christie C.

    Your Location (city, etc)

    Cape Coral

Please give us a short summary of your website?

it is a new site that I'd like to get out there about a hobby I've picked up. I have been painting Florida coconuts, and I'd like to sell them to anyone interested.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

I have been painting coconuts for family and friends and figured maybe others would enjoy them as well.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

    May 12, 2008 through Freewebs.com

How did you decide on a name for your website?

just a basic name about what I'm doing.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

Everyone has a different Artistic ability, maybe someone will see something in one of my coconuts that the others don't offer.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

I think of it as a hobby that could bring in a little extra money.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Like I said it's a hobby, I enjoy painting, the money dosen't really matter.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

i'd have a full bussiness with all of my artistic projects for sale.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

    Yes

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

    None yet

What has been your biggest challenge?

    Finding the coconuts

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

    NA

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

    NA

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

1 day and I'll give it a year to become fairly successful

    Do I expect positive results

Some what, I have sold coconuts on EBAY.

    What is your website address?

    Florida hand painted coconuts
